Story starters are a great way to "kickstart" writing by giving you a topic sentence or idea to get you going. I have included a google document with
42 Story Starters as well as several links below which have great ideas to get your thoughts flowing (one is a game that helps with building word fluency). Once you get your ideas and thoughts written down it is important that you continue the writing "process" by re-reading your work checking for errors and thinking, "How can I make this even
better?" Journals and diaries are also great writing practice tools and a good way to document events in your life!
